Overall Satisfaction with Recurly
We use Recurly to track and manage subscriptions for our product. We can actively manage account payments, update trial periods, and see who has an active account with us. With all our apis going and having some degree of error, it's a point of truth for who is actually a customer of ours for our product.
Pros
- Easy UI
- Adding coupons is easy
- Nice built in reports
Cons
- Custom built reports are a little confusing
- Need to be trained by a colleague
- Allowed us to scale our subscription model.
I haven't used any other products like Recurly.
