Overall Satisfaction with Recurly

It helps us manage and process the subscriptions in a worry-free manner. It takes care of managing the payments, subscriptions and the dunning process.

The UX and UI are pretty good, especially after recent management change we could see the company started to adapt quicker to the changing market environment.
Recurly simply allows us to grow. We can focus on our products and their development and further improvements, instead of worrying about subscription processing. You hire Recurly, it gets the job done.
Most of the interface is simple to use. Over time, as the features were added, the interface got a bit more complicated so maybe it's time to reorder certain features and sections. Advanced analytics section is far more complicated though.
It's more of a SaaS oriented solution than just payment processing and billing software. The advanced analytics is a huge advantage over the competition.
