Overall Satisfaction with Recurly

We use it to offer monthly subscriptions to our users who don't use our iOS app - basically web users.

Pros

  • Discounts on subscriptions

Cons

  • More marketing features
  • Churned users relationship
  • A visual path of subscribers
  • Doubled our ability to offer subscriptions
  • Ability for non tech teammates to change subscription setings

Slack, Intercom, Braze
It is great in it's core feature which is offering a subscription of your product to non app users which is exactly what we are using for. I am not sure what it is not well suited for since that's the only feature we use it for.
