Overall Satisfaction with Red Falcon
I use Red Falcon to enter customer orders and look up customer history on orders. I also use Red Falcon for entering new customer addresses. I also you Red Falcon to look up customer contracts and for customer quotes. Red Falcon is easy to work. I love the new updates.

- Sometimes it will just spin and load. It can take up to 10 minutes to work sometime.
