We are doing and Global multi-year implementation for the Pharma client and implemented the solution for more then 100 countries.

- UI
- cloud solution
- The support team need to be proactive
- There are many occasion where professional service team and TBA have disconnect
- Little more branding and focus on customer satisfaction will be added advantage
