Overall Satisfaction with RemotePC

As a consultant, I use RemotePC to connect from my PC to some of my clients'. I use it a lot to take over the RemotePC to fix issues and transfer files, if they are not shared in a cloud storage. It's been a time-saver in countless opportunities, especially compared with other services ("Team that allows you to view") that offer the same (if not less) and ask for A LOT more money. The best software switch I've done in a long time.

Pros

  • Transfer of files is lighting fast
  • 2 options for conecction in (classic and Performance) in case Bandwith is low
  • Cristal clear view
  • Transfer of keyboard commands

Cons

  • Even though the connections are fast and clear, maybe faster?
Even though there are tools that i have not used, the ones that I do are 100% effective and easy to use. so Why not?
I was tired of dealing with the free 1 minute algorithm lockup, even when I wasn't a business. I prefer to pay something (a lot less) that I ended up discovering is even easier to use and better than them

I have been a team viewer user. First paid and then free. With the free version I had nothing but headaches with their algorithm flaging my account as business and locking me out every 1 minute. I tried everything but it was coming always back to the same ... So I discover RemotePC. Extremely affordable, compared with TV and so far not one complaint. I was able to do everything I wanted and I cannot think of scenario, based on my regular needs, of something that is missing or wouldn't be available
