Overall Satisfaction with Renaissance Star 360

We use Star 360 4 times per year to track reading growth. Our entire system uses this program in grades K through six. We review the data in monthly data meetings and then it drives our instruction in our classrooms. Student data helps tremendously with small group instruction in reading and math.

  • Provides parent reports.
  • Sometimes I find it takes me lots of steps to get the report I want.
  • Positive impact for my struggling readers.
  • Positive impact for high achievers.
Star 360 is well suited for all levels of learners. It might be less appropriate in Kindergarten for for English Language Learners. I like the way it is presented on the screen and how easy it is for students to navigate through the assessments. Students never complain about the program being difficult to use.
