Overall Satisfaction with Resume Parser by Affinda

Affinda is used by our recruiting teams as they manage the candidate flow. We have built an integration into our internal CRM.


The reason we have switched to Affinda is to drive more efficiencies in our business. We regularly re-evaluate our vendors.


We had not heard of Affinda before, but were sufficiently impressed in initial trials to ask them to participate in a head to head with our current vendor. While the quality was slightly better, what impressed us was their responsiveness to requests, and a better business model that offered more attractive commercial terms.

Affinda was an easy decision, for us, after our evaluations. They were one of two companies (out of four) with the kind of quality we were looking for, had better customer service, and much more attractive commercial terms at our volume.

Affinda is especially appropriate for larger organisations, like ours with internal CRMs.

For those who use a fully fledged cloud-based ATS, Affinda will not meet their needs, as Affinda is just one step in the chain.
