Overall Satisfaction with Resume Parser by Affinda
I was seconded out of my team into the operations team in order to run this project.
Affinda is being used by our hiring teams to manage both recruitment and internal hiring.
It has reduced the cost of resume data extraction, something that was previously a big headache. We have tested other tools in past years but the quality wasn’t enough to switch from doing it manually. Affinda is the first one we have tried where we have actually decided to commit to using a technology.

Affinda did the best job on what we needed, which is to parse out skills and work history specifically. Very important to us. The data coming into our system is very clean.
