Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

Ridder iQ is our main ERP. Used for Sales, Production, Warehousing and Purchasing. It is also the main source of data for management reporting. Sales will be moved to Salesforce later this year.

Dutch Translation: Ridder iQ is ons belangrijkste ERP-systeem. Het wordt gebruikt voor verkoop, productie, magazijnbeheer en inkoop. Het is tevens de belangrijkste databron voor managementrapportage. De verkoop wordt later dit jaar overgezet naar Salesforce.

Ridder iQ is suited for small and medium sizes companies. For these companies Ridder iQ is very versatile. So I would recommend to determine a tight process and use not all the functionality. For example: I would make a choice to sell items or to sell assemblies but not both.
