Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ

I'm the administrator user of Ridder IQ and we use Ridder IQ for our complete business.

Pros

  • Flexible software
  • Account manager
  • Flexibele software

Cons

  • Trouble shooting/call center is worthless. In the past we had a question and this will be solved. Now we have a question and we are called back a couple of days later and very often they can solve it but are not allowed to solve it and you need to pay for a consultant
  • Pricing is very high, for every stupid things we need to pay the top price
  • Information is not always good. We bought a new system and wanted to install this (Kronos). Asked several times to have some information about the installation. I received nothing and the asnwer was that we needed a consultant (read we need to pay). At the end I solved it by myself and that was rather easy.
  • Problemen oplossen/callcenter is waardeloos. Vroeger hadden we een vraag, en die werd opgelost. Nu hebben we een vraag, en worden we een paar dagen later teruggebeld. Vaak kunnen ze het wel oplossen, maar mogen ze het niet oplossen, en moet je betalen voor een consultant.
  • De prijzen zijn erg hoog, voor elk stom ding moeten we de hoogste prijs betalen
  • Informatie is niet altijd goed. We hebben een nieuw systeem gekocht en wilden dit (Kronos) installeren. We hebben meerdere keren om informatie over de installatie gevraagd. Ik heb niets ontvangen en het antwoord was dat we een consultant nodig hadden (lees: dat we moesten betalen). Uiteindelijk heb ik het zelf opgelost, en dat was vrij eenvoudig.
  • In Ridder you can do a lot, but people only use what they have learned.
  • Bij Ridder kun je veel, maar mensen passen alleen toe wat ze geleerd hebben.
We use scansys for automating the invoices and this works great.

In basic is the software good. But the aftercare is not good anymore and everything is about earning money and not keeping the customer satisfied.
