Overall Satisfaction with Rimini Street

For the last request for service, No, but Rimini support rep was very helpful. I have only needed to use Rimini Street less than five times in the past two years, but they are always quick to respond and they are very helpful even when they don't always have the root cause. Since Oracle support is very costly, their support is a great savings.

Company executives decided to stop having direct Oracle Support based on getting savings. As an employee and an Oracle DBA, this decision was and is out of my control, but this team and their support seem to be an excellent alternative and my experiences with them have been very sufficient for what has been needed to be supported as a second set of eyes and sometimes outside our expertise.
Well established process that Rimini follows. Their website seems to be well organized and helpful and very easy to use. They seemed to have taken the time needed to design their needed processes to support fellow customers in a timely manner and with access and understanding needed to provide the best support.
Bo other product since this decision was out of my control. If I was to decide, I would surely recommend using Rimini Street as an alternative to Oracle Database support since their employees seem to be very knowledgeable and have the necessary Database Administrator experience needed to help provided the needed support when needed.
Outside of Oracle MOS, Rimini is very helpful, but it would be nice to have access to Oracle MOS solutions and also latest CPU and database patches. Using their support is a nice savings compared to the cost of Oracle support, so they are clearly a great alternative means of support.
