We have been using Rimini Street services since our contract with Oracle expired and we decided not to renew. Since then, Rimini Street has provided Tier 2 support as needed when we needed expertise beyond what we had in-house or needed ESUs or updates that we couldn't get through Oracle. I have had a great experience working with Carla H. for North American payroll/HR questions and with Ashley K. for Australia payroll/HR questions as well as with the engineering team. Their technical expertise and understanding of HR/payroll time sensitivity are impressive. Great professional customer skills!

In my area of expertise (payroll/HR), I always got the support required. Whether I had questions about how to do something or issues we couldn't resolve, I received the solution and the support I needed. Also, they were proactive in informing us of changes and updates that needed to be applied to the system to ensure that it functioned optimally.
