Overall Satisfaction with Rimini Street

Pros

  • Ease of opening tickets - good customer portal
  • Fast response to tickets
  • Deep bench of resources in all areas

Cons

  • They could improve their analyst's reading of ticket notes: often times have to repeat the situation to multiple people on the same ticket.
  • The patch and document archive/migration from Oracle could have been smoother and more effective.
  • Primary financial impact was a 50% reduction in support services cost
  • Timely access to functional and technical resources when needed solved issues that in some cases were productivity and effectiveness blockers.
For 99% of cases, we got the proper resource assigned in an appropriate amount of time. In very few cases, the case was shuffled between analysts, trying to find the right resource and usually required repeated re-explanation of the entire issue, which was time consuming and unproductive.
