we had a few road bumps initially but setup new structures to deal with things in the future. No major issues since
They are overall at least as good as the Oracle Support we had in the past. In some cases better, but in same as good as.

I know we are a smaller client, with a niche product that needs support. I expected better service overall than what we got based on initial discussions. Cost is less than what we would have paid Oracle but still not cheep. But its an insurance policy not just pay by incident (feels like we don't have a lot of situations that require their support). But we have it when and if it is needed.

They seemed to understand our need an desire to have background check staff dedicated to critical support when needed. And the fact they would need to be able to support us from within the U.S.A.
