Overall Satisfaction with Rimini Street

Pros

  • Providing a cost effective service alternative to SAP maintenance
  • The SAP asset migration
  • Ongoing touch points to review tickets and service requests

Cons

  • Turn around time on tickets. We've had tickets open for months
  • Procedures around customer self serve SAP note implementation
  • Mainly the yearly cost reduction from SAP's annual maintenance
  • Improved availability versus SAP - can call
  • Did not see a response time improved based on expectation.
Room for improvements in this area from helping customers determine the issue and providing guidance in installing/moving SAP correction from the archive to the live system.
We were very comfortable with the SAP expertise and feedback from the customer references.

Has expertise in moving off of SAP support and setting up archives of releases and fixes based on customer application licensing. Would like to see improvements on help ticket responses and time to fix issues.
