Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP
RingEX allows us to connect with remote offices, easily transfer who answers lines when offices are unstaffed and provide us the capabilities of a phone system of a huge corporation at a price we can afford and administered internally without extra staff. Easily scalable as we add more staff and remote offices.
- Customer Service-if its truly urgent, they answer quickly and have always solved our issues on the first call.
- Easily administered- once its setup, a non-tech person could keep the basics going.
- Cost effective- allows us to add and remove users quickly and easily, move extensions without additional wiring.
- Call quality may suffer sometimes- this is the major shortcoming
- Initial setup can be cumbersome
- Avoid hiring support for our phone system saving us money- since it's VOIP we haven't had to rewire new offices or remote sites- we are a smaller company so these expenses can add up.
- Call quality can suffer sometimes, but it's not been a major issue yet.
No other software was considered during the selection process. We were using a traditional PBX system, and it was time to replace it. We are very happy with our decision.
