Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP

I used the RingEX software service for a couple of clients at a specific advertising agency setting. The RingEX tool was a decent solution for call conversion tracking.

  • easily swap redirect numbers to and from your advertising efforts
  • auto voice features
  • a bit out dated ui
  • basic service that other companies provide
  • more customer service
  • there is a positive impact due to the added ability to track call conversion data
  • added feature of automated call routing to relieve stress from call centers
RingEX is a cheaper option and can work with high volumes
Its one of the cheaper offerings and handles high volume at a basic level well.
