Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP

RingEX has been our recommended cloud-based office communication platform for 2 years now. Customers love the price and the performance!

Pros

  • Easy to deploy and provision users
  • Fantastic customer/technical support when needed
  • Superior features

Cons

  • Hardware selection options could be broader
  • Could shift some features into the lower tiers
  • One of the reasons why we chose RingEX is it actually gave us a single platform. We now have everything digital, web-enabled, and available anywhere no matter where our brokers are, which is a big mobility piece for us.
Tough choice in bake off with 8x8 but functionality and company behind the product tipped the scales for RingEX
Any office or business that wants to have enormous amounts of flexibility and capability can benefit from their suite of products. I just makes sense to go with a Gartner leader when making this decision.
