Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral MVP

RingEX is used by the department to help address questions with another application currently used.
  • This program helps to clearly address questions by providing visual navigation along with being able to hear what the other person is saying. I believe this is a strength because many people are visual learners.
  • Every program has area that can be improved. For this program I would like it to have the ability to type on the screen as well. This would be a better service to the hearing impaired.
  • It has enabled better use of programs because of the visual component.
I have not used a product that is like RingEX.
RingEX is a good training tool or can be used to help answer complicated questions.
