Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Contact Center

RingCentral is an incredible tool to have a phone line, or multiple phone lines, set up across your sales team via your phone/computer. I use it to make calls and to receive calls from customers all over the United States, and it does an incredible job of keeping everything together.

  • Can also use text messaging

Cons

  • Price could be a little bit lower
  • A few out of the box options
  • Keep up great customer service
  • Increased pick-ups through customized area codes
  • Better customer service than competition
  • Able to generate better brand messaging through RingCentral
Their AI capabilities make everything flow in an order and flow that just makes intuitive sense to all involved. There are some additional improvements that could be done, but as AI is just now starting to blast off, I am confident they will use it to their full advantage in this field.
The ability to change the number you are dialing from with multiple area codes is incredible. I remember hearing that someone is 4x as likely to pick up when the area code is local, and that "rings" (Dad joke, sorry) true to me. I am glad we can reach more customers now.
RingCentral does everything that Zoom does, but people tend to be more use to saying "I'll Zoom you" then mention RingCentral. A lot of companies use Teams for Calls, but it is in no way customizable like RingCentral is, and if I had to start my own business or sales team, we would be on RingCentral in a heartbeat.

RingCentral is great for many, many uses. However, the best use is when you have a sales rep with multiple states to cover, and you can customize their area code to guarantee an increase in pick-ups by adjusting area codes. If a rep has one area code, might as well use their cell phone.
