Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
Sales and ease of use. I really enjoy the way RingEX interfaces with other apps.
- Meeting app is easy to use and is easy to find on the desktop app
- Calling tool is well done and easy to use
- Portal is one of the better and user friendly portals in comparison
- At first the in-box was not that easy to use
- It would be great if you would sync the phone dnd with the desktop app. Currently you have to set both
- Make the Salesforce and RingCentral integration better
- Cost savings is RingEX strongest attribute
- RingEX engineering is top notch
There are only a couple of uses that other providers out shine RingEX: Zoom Meetings and Rooms
RingEX is the best overall provider, however, Dialpad AI transcription is the best in the industry
