Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Our customers contact us through this phone system, which helps us control queues.

  • Easy to use
  • Agents are able to disable themselfs from the queues
  • Update their documentation for users
  • Helps to keep track of remote employees
It works well 90% of the time, the remaining 10 is about system failures
With RingEX Analytics we can take data from the phone system and make changes when needed, subscriptions are pretty useful as you can have them on your email and then automatize them

Well suited when you need a phone system that's easy to structure and understand, it is less appropriate when you need to control the status of your agents, it lets users avoid calls by just clicking a toggle
