Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
It's a great program to use. I'm really happy with it, and I would recommend it to others to use RingEX as well. The recordings are also a great tool that we use for SMS. We hope others will enjoy it too.

Recordings are the number one thing that I feel that RingEX has that helps us improve our customer service. That helps our business be more productive and efficient. Sometimes, people complain that the calls are not loud enough. I am not sure if there is anything you can do about it to improve it.
RingEX is more efficient and organized. the customer service is great. The pricing is also great. since we started with RingEX, we are very, very happy. I would recommend this to everyone to use it and switch over to RingEX. It is a great company to deal with
