Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
It's our main phone system that replaced our Mitel system. This allows our users to utilize the phones or mobile apps to stay connected to clients or anyone in the firm. We have had a lot of users really enjoy the conversion from Mitel over to RingEX and are very happy with using it.

It makes it easier for everyone to use the system compared to the Mitel solution that we had previously used. People would always complain about the old system and would not use the mobile applications, and since migrating over from Mitel then, most people are now using the mobile applications, and some have even turned in their physical phones and utilized the softphone.
