Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with your agents to figure out why I was not getting calls. The first agent I spoke with removed me from the queue when she was in my account because I asked to speak with a supervisor since she could not fix the problem. I was not receiving my fair share of calls. I am very disappointed with the CSR agent I started with.

  • Length of wait time.
  • Expertise of CSR agent.
  • Shorter time to fix a problem.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Each individual can be in multiple skill sets.
  • Ability to text patients directly and receive photos.
I have had some intermittent issues with receiving calls and it has happened multiple times. I would have given a higher rating if that did not occur.
I have instant access to every employee and front desk in the practice 33 offices.
