Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video
We shifted to this during the pandemic for our monthly board and committee meetings. It complements the RingCentral phone system well and does not cost very much for use to use which is very important for a non-profit like Job Point.

- Add polling functionality.
- Add break-out rooms.
- Add custom backgrounds.
- Kept us safe during pandemic.
- Allowed operations to continue.
- Better than audio-only meetings.
- Webex Meetings and Zoom
RingCentral Video has nearly all the functionality of the more established commercial products but comes at a lower price point. This is incredibly important for smaller businesses and non-profit entities.
