Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video

RingCentral Video is used for meetings in my company, the problem this helps with is the fact that our headquarters are in Missouri. We also have 4 different locations that staff work at in the area of the job I am on. So RingCentral Video helps with keeping all of us connected and coordinate our day to day business.
  • People from all over can coordinate together for jobs.
  • Very clear pictures and sound.
  • Very few glitches when conducting meetings.
  • The mute button for people who don't.
  • Positive, especially during Covid when no one was in person.
  • When the country shut down it saved the businesses.
RingCentral Video is 100 times better that is why we don't use BlueJeans Meetings any more.

Using RingCentral Video

Ring Central is very easy to navigate and schedule meetings with this. I have tried other video platforms for meetings but they aren't as easy to navigate.

Yes - Ring Central does offer a mobile interface option and I have used it on a regular basis. It is easy to use for me.
