We use RingCentral Video as the main conference tool to communicate within the organization as well as to communicate with our potential customers. It is a very simple, easy-to-use platform that allows to schedule calls, record calls, and conduct webinars. It even allows a user to join the call using a web browser.

- Sometimes, RingCentral Video does not allow users to join a call without the desktop/mobile app.
- Call recording data is limited to past six months only.
- The new desktop has some glitches.
