Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We needed a more affordable phone system for our lines. Ring Central offered that but with less user-friendly software. We use it to take in calls from our cc-processing clients that need 24/7 support. I can create queues where we can have certain individuals take calls in an order I choose

Pros

Ring to my device.
Good support team.
Fast dashboard.

Cons

The entire system is not very user friendly it is very overwhelming.
You cannot make calls from specific lines, only the one that is assigned as your direct number or the main company line. I need to be able to call from each line regardless of what my direct number is.
The beep is awful when calls are being recorded.

Saving money.
Cost effective.
Customers like the menu we have set up better (IVR).

It has not been down to my knowledge.

Alternatives Considered

Dialpad Ai Contact Center, Dialpad Ai Voice and Dialpad Ai Sales Center

They are cheaper. I prefer a dialpad over Ring any day.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is good if you have multiple departments. Everyone can have a direct line, and you have only ONE company phone number. If you have multiple lines with AGENTS WHO ARE CROSS TRAINED IN MULTIPLE COMPANIES, YOU can have THEM CALL OUT FROM ALL OF THE LINES, which is not recommended for a call center that does business for multiple companies.
