Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use it to contact people who contact us for help with an invention idea. It allows us to easily reach them by phone or text and also allows us to have video calls with our team members for meetings.
Pros
- Quick calls.
- Easy to text via the layout.
- Reliable connectivity.
Cons
- Some calls do not connect right away and require a redial, which can be time-consuming. When that happens, you don't know if it is ringing on the other end, as it is usually silent on my end.
- We previously used Vonage; with this service, we saved money and got better reliability.
It can be used on our business or personal phones in addition to the computer, which is great. Automated call time and analytical reports are sent directly to our email at a programmed time, so you don't have to generate them yourself, which is very convenient.
There is a more reliable connection and communication. The dashboard is easier to use, and the reports that can be generated are more in tune with our business needs. It is easy to review calls and pull them, which was much harder with Vonage.
