Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RingEX for our multisite business. It is wonderful to have full control of the system and how we interact with our customers. It is also great to have the RingEX app on our cell phones so that we can transfer calls from our system directly to employees who are on the go instead of at the desk.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The system is very user friendly.
Easy to create and manage call flows.
The support team is very responsive and helpful.

Cons

The biggest weakness is probably reporting. They have it, but its a bit clunky at times.
Switching phones from user to user is sometimes clunky.

Return on Investment

Cost savings due to combing phone systems across buildings.
Being able to be connected to the company phones system on the go.
More control over call queues and call flow.

Reliability and Availability

Even if our site's internet goes down, we can still receive phone calls on our cell phones that are connected to the app. This is a nice redundancy layer, so we don't miss calls.

Likelihood to Recommend

The only situations where RingEX may not be right for a business are if they need extensive reporting or a sophisticated autodialer. If you aren't in either of those two situations, I think that RingEX is right for you.
