Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use it for our main phone needs. We don't have landlines and we love the ease of use of this product.

  • I can't think of anything :)
  • We have been able to save on having someone directing all of our calls and it saves us a ton of time!
We've just had a great experience and don't plan on changing anytime soon.
Not having to have a million different processes such as landlines, extra personnel has impacted our business in efficiency and cost.

We have had excellent experience with their customer service department. The ease of the chat as well as the courteous employees have been a great plus for this organization. The product works so well in our environment as we communicate with many customers and don't want to hand out our personal cell numbers.
