Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
Our company uses RingEX daily, and are completely satisfied with the customizability of the service. We are able to edit open/closed hours easily for holidays and days our business is closed. Calling support is never a hassle, and they have always been able to answer my questions fully and clearly within one call.
Pros
- Customizability of company settings
- Ability to set up multiple call queues and IVR Menus
- Providing quality devices with minimal to no hardware issues
Cons
- Having to upload a blank audio file rather than being able to just remove a welcome intro.
- Intermittent call fwd failure (Could be user error)
- Ease with setting up new call queues and settings
- Streamlines call answering and routing
