Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Our company uses RingEX daily, and are completely satisfied with the customizability of the service. We are able to edit open/closed hours easily for holidays and days our business is closed. Calling support is never a hassle, and they have always been able to answer my questions fully and clearly within one call.

Pros

  • Customizability of company settings
  • Ability to set up multiple call queues and IVR Menus
  • Providing quality devices with minimal to no hardware issues

Cons

  • Having to upload a blank audio file rather than being able to just remove a welcome intro.
  • Intermittent call fwd failure (Could be user error)
  • Ease with setting up new call queues and settings
  • Streamlines call answering and routing
We have not experienced an outage this far

Our company often has to change or update our settings to reflect changes, new hires, or closed dates / hours. RingEx has made it a fairly easy learning experience, and support has always been able to answer any questions I may have for them. I would highly recommend RingEx to a colleague.
