Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX for our full suite phone system—IVR Menu, call queues, fax, etc.
RingEX solves our synchronous business communication internally and externally with our existing and potential customers. We use approximately twenty lines across two locations with a multi-level IVR menu to route our customers to the appropriate store and department.

Pros
- Support staff answers promptly
- Support staff is generally very knowledgeable
- RingEX provides the ability to customize the phone system and settings
- Ability to bring our own devices to the Ring platform
Cons
- Support phone menu is confusing and appears to require extensive verification process
- When configuring devices and phone numbers, depending on which module you access this section through, you may be charged a fee. Simply put, confusing/redundant options with different outcomes.
- Support staff did not set clear expectations for the requirements of making the phone system go live, leading to lost business
- Negative: We lost phone service for a full day due to miscommunications on the transition from our old phone system
- Positive: AI notes cuts down on time to add notes to our CRM
- Positive: ability to record phone calls to the cloud assists HR and management
RingEX has increased our productivity through its desktop platform, especially the AI notes feature. By using AI notes, our calls are transcribed and summarized in real time. This helps us with CRM updates.
RingEX also integrates with our dealership management software to provide phone numbers to our software which helps us identify and look up customers in real time, saving us research time when providing customers with updates.
