Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use our phones to conduct normal daily business activities. Calling, texting, and faxing our customers. Receiving like communication from our customers. Some departments use the video chat feature.
Pros
- Phone calls are clear and reliable
- The app allows us to reach our contacts more quickly.
- The admin portal makes it easy to add users and change settings
Cons
- At this point, I don't see anything that needs improvement
- Phone service is about 90% what it was before with hardwired phones.
- We are now able to text and send faxes, which is a plus
I would say the texting and video conferencing has improved efficiency. Otherwise, we do not use a lot of the features other businesses might use to improve their productivity.
Have not used or evaluated any others.

No, do not need it
The software was updated and it made our desk phones unable to make conference calls. The tech was able to reboot all of our phones to install a patch. He was quick and pleasant
