Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

RingEX is quite simply the best UcaaS solution on the market today, we couldn't function without it. The user interface is seamless and we had team buy-in immediately after our adoption. We would highly recommend this solution to anyone in the marker for a new communication technology platform, super pleased with the product!

One of the great things about RingEX is its reliability and availability. We have had the service for years and have never experienced an outage of the platform. Additionally, if we experience an internet outage, we can easily work off our cellular devices to maintain the continuity of our operation.
RingEX has provides a unified solution for our business communications to increase productivity and efficiency, while also helping our businesse collaborate easier with internal and external parties. RingEX has helped us to automate our processes, be more productive and faster by providing better access analytics and data, and consolidating various apps and costs in a single platform.
We have looked at all the competition and none come close to providing the ease of use and efficiency we have found with RingEX. We appreciate how they are constantly updating and upgrading their capabilities and functionality in ways we didn't even know we needed until we tried them, really ahead of the curve.

RingEX is well suited for organizations of any size, super scalable and very reliable. We love the collaboration tool, the video meetings, the e-fax, call recording, AI call summaries are great and super useful way of not having to listen to a bunch of calls to supervise and monitor your team.
