Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

In our organization, we used RingEX for communication purposes, like client voice calls, Video meetings, Messaging, and document sharing. It will be very useful to communicate easily with clients, especially used for the HR department and the US IT recruiter role, we can easily communicate with US clients through Calls and messages.

Pros

  • The RingEX is used for Voice call, Video Calls and Messaging.
  • The customer support is really well for call recording, messages and data analytics.
  • To avoid the Spam Numbers.
  • It will Used for Data storage.

Cons

  • We can use the RingEx in our Mobile to use for Basic calls and messages, but sometimes the mobile application lags or disconnects while using video calls or screen sharing.
  • we can easily configure in our laptops.
  • The Meeting recording option is really helpful for our organization
  • Definitely RingEX had a positive impact in our organization, It will used for our cost saving, time management, overall productivity and our customer experience.
  • we can use communication tools like Voice Call, Voice mail, Video meetings, and messages.
  • sometime the mobile application is lags on video calls.
I would like to give 9.5 out of 10, because the RingCentral service is really performing well in our organization, to reduce our downtime. We can easily log in into our desk phone, laptops, and mobile application at the same time. Sometimes only we are only facing some network issues on the mobile application; otherwise, it performed really well.
The RingEX really increases our productivity, efficiency, time management, and cost, because compared to other platform tools, RingCentral has more power and useful, because it does not show as a VoIP number or spam numbers. We can get more call responses from the clients,and we can use voice mail tools. It's very fast, has good data analytics, and offers better voice and video calls.
  • Skype (discontinued) and Cisco VoIP PBX (discontinued)
We are using these products like (Skype, Voip, TextNow, and Second line), but comparatively these products the RingEX has a good performance, because while we were using the other platform, we didn't get proper communication, we couldn't reach out the candidate, we lags to much into spam number, we couldn't communicate properly and the textnow we couldn't sigin sometime. When we start to use RingEX, we get much better productivity and proper communication with our clients.

I would definitely refer this to my colleagues, because the RingEX is one of the best platforms for recruiters. After all, some of the candidate has some busy schedules, so they couldn't answer the calls, but we can use the message option, we got more responses from that, so we can easily and fastly connect with them, and it will be very helpful to improve our organization.
