Overall Satisfaction with Roomzilla

The entire organization uses Roomzilla to reserve meeting room space for 1:1s, team meetings, and larger group meetings. Before we used Roomzilla, there was no streamlined way to reserve rooms, so often, people would double book rooms or not know if there was space to meet with someone outside of their desk.
  • Reserve rooms easily on their website.
  • Add room reservations to Outlook invites.
  • When someone cancels a recurring or one-time meeting on Outlook, the reservation isn't removed on Roomzilla. It creates a two-step process for users when they reschedule meetings via Outlook.
  • It has allowed employees to easily access and reserve shared spaces so that they can have important phone calls or meetings to achieve results.
I haven't used other meeting space booking software.
I didn't use any support for Roomzilla.

Well Suited
- When you have multiple people trying to use multiple shared meeting spaces.
- When you want to book meeting rooms while scheduling meetings on Outlook.
- If you are open to having technology support your organization's efficiency.

Less Appropriate
- If iPads or other technology may be easily stolen.
- If there is inconsistent internet or the iPads may go offline often.
