Pros

Handles my bi-weekly payroll
Performs federal payroll reporting and multiple state payroll reporting
Generates quarterly and annual Reports, and W-2s

Cons

Cannot think of any off hand.

It is fine for payroll and payroll reporting which is all I use it for.
