Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
ADP RUN is very easy to use and takes the time away from having to spend hours upon hours doing payroll and payroll returns to the proper authority. ADP takes the headache out of all of that. They are very helpful with questions that arise and any issues and updates for payroll. I prepare payroll for 28 employees that are in 5 different locations out of state.
- They double check the hours if it seems abnormal.
- Payroll is delivered to the proper location since the employees are in different states.
- Making sure if checks need to be delivered to a different location, that temporary address can be changed.
It allows the employee to get his personal information quicker, 24/7, and does not have to wait for working hours.
