Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We used ZipRecruiter for hiring an admin position. It was nice to not incur additional cost to post a job because of the RUN ADP relation with ZipRecruiter. The link between ADP and ZipRecruiter made it very nice to have it housed under one log in and made it easy to manage the process.
We are currently using RUN ADP for the entire US staff. The functions are very basic and are easy to use. The one issue I find is the lack of reporting and ease for employee access. I would prefer to have the employees add their Direct Deposit info instead of me collecting it. Our firm is on the smaller side, so cost wise, it doesn't make sense for us to pay for the large ADP platforms. The hold times for customer support can be extremely long at times.

The employees like they can pull past pay info themselves, but they do find the site hard to navigate. We also have issues with logging in, creating more work for the Admin to call ADP and try to get this fixed. The "forgot password" function doesn't seem to work as it should and ADP staff have to force it on their end.

Yes

A small company under 50 employees is a perfect RUN client. The system is worth the cost vs. you processing this on your own. They handle the tax filing and are very helpful with companies across many states. If your company has over 50 employees, you would need to look at a different ADP product.
