Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
RUN ADP has been extremely helpful with having my payroll in order and handling all the paperwork for me.
- Payroll.
- Their sales team is really persistent and on top of things.
- Connecting to QuickBooks.
- Customer service reps are not always the most helpful.
- It sometimes takes forever to get ahold of a customer service rep.
- Employees should be able to make notes about hours they work, but they are unable to do so. ADP adds more work for both employees and me since they have to create a separate hourly tracking document for me to review.
- Making sure I'm well equipped come tax time.
Employees being able to self-serve saves me time as a manager who just has to go in and approve!
