Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have used ZipRecruiter and background checks through RUN Powered by ADP®, and that has been a huge help. I have been able to hire 7 new, qualified employees through the use of ZipRecruiter recently.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll and 401K as well as worker's compensation.
- Platform for payroll is very easy to use.
- Adding programs/onboarding was smooth and easy.
- Customer service is divided into departments which makes it difficult to get questions answered sometimes.
We do not offer paper-based checks so all information is online for the employees. They have had some confusion about this but we added it to our onboarding process which has helped.
