Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Olsen is a very small company. RUN Powered by ADP® comes in very handy. What's more interesting and important to Olsen is that we are getting a very responsive service team. One time we had to call in to have our payroll run, and RUN Powered by ADP® did it for us over the phone without error. I was impressed. RUN Powered by ADP® continues improving how easy it is for clients to navigate the RUN Powered by ADP® program. The blue background of the home page was wonderful compared to previously a grayish one. Time tracking was made easy as well. It can be done either via RUN Powered by ADP® or ADP time.

Cons
- Technical side: We have issues to have employees enroll themselves and use the self-service, e.g. access their pay statement and check their PTO balance. The Geo restriction seems to be a bit too complicated for Olsen's retail staff.
- Maybe some training or job aid to Admin, explaining how the myaccess.adp.com works? And how Geo restriction can be made easier to understand. The point is to be able to help when staff call in.
- We use the RUN Powered by ADP® and getting our employees paid. It achieved the purpose of having RUN Powered by ADP® .
- RUN Powered by ADP® is filing taxes on Olsen's behalf. It saves us time and effort. It is time and money-saving for the company.
Olsen's retail staff have real problems using the platform. They complained that they could not access it, etc. The terminated employees just simply not able to do anything after termination.
