I use this tool to run payroll for my employees. The tool helps me manage information on both my W2 and 1099 employees. I can easily plug in the hourly rate as well as lass rate as two separate pay rates per employee which is super helpful for me for my specific business model.
Pros
- Easy to use - self explanatory
- Ability to add multiple pay rates for each employee
- Ability to add commission information pretty easily
Cons
- Sometimes I get warnings on some HR limitations like PTO policy, but I'm not sure how to add that information.
- The employees feel confident that there is a respected and safe system that's tracking their employee information and payroll
- Employees have the ability to log in and manage their tax information
Payroll information mostly, to confirm direct deposit details and tax deductions.
