Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

HR 411. it was good to ask questions.
i use RUN for payroll services, as well as other HR needs. keep track of employee activities. need to improve responses to government agencies and notices.

we've had difficulties with employee access
i thought ADP was more comprehensive. however, issues of dealing with small businesses and reponse and experience were not as great as square

good for payroll and wages.
attention to small businesses can be significantly improved. Technical issues with IRS and government notices takes very long time to get answered. Ive had notices that it took over 9 months to get a response, every time i speak to an agent, I get forwarded or incorrect information is provided. too big to understand the needs of small businesses. Agents promise somethings, but are not communicated, for example, ADP was suppose to file my quarterly taxes, they didn't, I have accumulated finance charges from the IRS, agent said they will cover those charges, next agent denied. no consistency and very frustrating.
