Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

RUN Powered by ADP® processes our biweekly payroll and provides tools for onboarding.

Pros

  • Integrated background checks
  • New employee setup step by step
  • Payroll processing with dept feature

Cons

  • Ability to batch enter payroll (all employees on one screen, able to data enter depts intead of the LOV)
  • Improve the new login process - occasionally a new user will have to create new login and then the forgot password function to gain access
  • Efficient api
  • Intuitive
The mobile app I have attempted to use is useless; does not integrate to the employee profile. Unable to access payroll access from a mobile device.
