Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have not personally used the HR features in Run Powered by ADP. I have done the onboarding which is quite simple.
We use Run Powered by ADP to keep track of employee's time punches. We also use Run Powered by ADP to track vacation usage and PTO usage. Also, Run Powered by ADP is how we process our payroll weekly.
Pros
- Keeps track of PTO.
- Keeps track of garnishments.
- Makes processing payroll a breeze.
Cons
- I would like to see a change in the payroll processing so that when you have to save for later, you don't have to reenter all the information you have already entered.
- Make it easier for the employees to track their used vacation and PTO hours.
- Employees can see their hours on the employee sign in so it helps them keep track.
Employees have benefited quite a lot from the Employee Access portal. It keeps track of their available hours for PTO or vacation, shows them how many hours they have worked daily, and shows them their paystubs instead of having to print them out weekly for each employee.
