Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I have used HR webinars and podcasts. Again, ADP had been helpful for me in the new added role of HR
I use ADP for payroll as well as helping me with HR and that we are compliant for all states we have employees in. They have been extremely helpful in the opening of our newest company account.

Cons

  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EASILY WITH YOUR 60 DAY PERSON IS A SMALL PAIN AS THEIR IS NO DIRECT PHONE# OR EMAIL
  • ADP offers so much to help lighten my work load. Other services they offer could lighten my load as well when we get to the point we can pay for them.
It has helped them and myself so they can look up instead of waiting on an email reply from me
I haven't used this yet but will be checking it out for sure
Again, ADP has saved me time by paying FUTA/SUTA etc as well as filing tax forms
